"Meet Beauty Queen Onyinye Anunagba"

Hey lovelies, My name is Onyinye Anunagba (Nyi Nyi Girl). I’m 18 yrs old and originally from Anambra State, Nigeria but born in New York on 15th October, 1999 and currently schooling there.

I’m in my second year of college studying Business Admin and it has been amazing so far. I used to be an athlete in high school (Atlantic Hall), but it died down when I moved here for uni hopefully I pick up something else because I don’t see myself going back into the athletics field.

In my free time I either listen to music, watch old nollywood movies or practice my makeup skills because from a young age I’ve shown so much interest in beauty related things and hope to get better at it so it could be an optional career for whatever I become in future

One of my greatest fears is becoming a failure and so far my dad has been my biggest inspiration because he didn’t have it easy growing up so even if I’m not doing it for me, it’d definitely be for him. Oh and I braid hair too!

"Meet Sultana Nazif"

My name is Sultana Nazif, I am 17 years old. I was born in December (best month of the year) I loveee reading books and am also a planner I always like to be organised. The apps on my phone are arranged from darker colours to lighter colours. I am studying to become an Engineer InshaAllah.  I have six younger siblings I hate when things don’t go my way and i like being in control. I try my best to be nice to everyone I also love listening to music I am so Indecisive 😂.   I think African teenagers nowadays are very diverse with their sense of style and fashion statements, both girls and boys! Everyone should be able to dress how ever they want to and should feel free of being judged. For what they wear because at the end of the day you only have to please yourself. Do you and stay true to you because there are gonna be haters anyway🤪

"Meet Beauty Queen Imani Shagari"

I’m Imani Shagari , a student reading Architecture and I’m one of twenty other children. Coming from a big family has shown me how important supporting other people can be to their growth. I constantly live by the quote “Always remember that you are absolutely unique. Just like everyone else.” It motivates me to help and support people without feeling afraid or threatened by their growth. Instead it helps me to see the best in people and that everyone has their own gifts , we just need each other to help show those gifts. As a young black girl, I would encourage other girls just like me to love themselves and also believe that they are beautiful without the beauty standards set up by society and social media.

Are Your Boobs Normal? We Asked An Expert

Chances are, the answer is yes — you have normal boobs! Luckily, most seemingly ~weird~ things about your boobs are totally fine. But maybe you can't help but wonder if that little bump or tiny hair on your boob is concerning. First things first: breasts come in all different shapes and sizes, and all kinds are beautiful. (Same goes for your nipples !) So for the most part, your boobs are probably fine. But if you still have questions about what is and isn't normal (and we understand why you would), we have answers. We chatted with Dr. Natasha Bhuyan , family physician at One Medical , about everything you've been wondering about your boobs. "It's human nature to assume the worst," says Dr. Bhuyan. "But the reality is that breast changes are just a normal part of the human body." You have sore boobs Dr. Bhuyan says soreness of the breasts is one of her female patients' most common concerns. But before you complete...
